Free sports physicals will be offered for middle and high school students on the following dates:
Thursday, May 7, 2026
3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, May 12, 2026
3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Location: LHS Gym (enter through the front door)
Please make sure the athlete has all required paperwork completed, including any online forms.
This opportunity is especially helpful for our current 5th grade students who plan to participate in sports in middle school.
Physicals will be conducted in the main gym.
